The symbol mark is inspired by the kanji "金" (Kin, meaning "gold") and represents
Mt. Fuji, the symbol of Japan and a mark of excellence, along with
terraced fields where wasabi thrives.
The combination of Mt. Fuji and terraced fields signifies
our commitment to producing the highest quality wasabi.
The logotype for "金印わさび" is designed in
traditional Japanese calligraphy, with
sharp edges representing wasabi's pungent spiciness and
smooth curves symbolizing its aromatic qualities.
