The KINJIRUSHI Group, including KINJIRUSHI Co., Ltd., KINJIRUSHI Wasabi Co., Ltd, KINJIRUSHI Sales Co., Ltd., KINJIRUSHI Agriculture Co., Ltd., Kaneya Co., Ltd, KINJIRUSHI WASABI INTERNATIONAL CO., LTD, and KINJIRUSHI WASABI EUROPE GmbH (hereinafter referred to as the "Group") prioritizes the importance of protecting personal information entrusted to us by customers, personal information acquired by KINJIRUSHI, and employee information. Under our Privacy Policy, we are committed to appropriately safeguarding personal information.
1. When acquiring personal information, the Group will clearly define its purpose in advance and will not use it for any other purposes. We will not provide or disclose personal information beyond the scope of the consent obtained by the customer.
2. The Group will comply with laws, national guidelines, and other regulations related to personal information protection.
3. The Group recognizes the risks of leakage, loss, or damage to personal information and will implement appropriate preventive and corrective measures.
4. The Group will appropriately and promptly respond to requests and inquiries regarding the disclosure, correction, or suspension of use of personal information.
5. The Group has an internal system in place for personal information protection and continuously improves its initiatives.
Handling of Personal Information
KINJIRUSHI Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "KINJIRUSHI") discloses the following information in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as the "Personal Information Protection Act").
1. Definition of Personal Information
Personal information, as defined in KINJIRUSHI's Privacy Policy, refers to data provided by individuals, including customers, to facilitate the smooth operation and management of our services and business. This includes names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and other information that, alone or in combination, can identify a specific individual, as well as information containing personal identification codes.
2. Use of Personal Information
KINJIRUSHI will use the acquired personal information for the following purposes.

2) If we are entrusted with processing personal information from business partners or within KINJIRUSHI, it will be used solely for executing the entrusted tasks.
3) If a third party outside KINJIRUSHI organizes a campaign involving KINJIRUSHI products, we may receive winner information from the campaign organizer to comply with the Act Against Unjustifiable Premiums and Misleading Representations.
4) We may receive personal information about job applicants from employment or career change service providers for recruitment purposes.
3. Joint Use of Personal Data
KINJIRUSHI may jointly use personal data under the following circumstances. Any other cases will be explicitly stated at the time of acquisition.

3.2. Personal Information of Business Partners

Name, address, phone number, and other necessary data for business transactions.
2) Scope of Joint Users
All companies within the KINJIRUSHI Group, as specified in the Privacy Policy.

To facilitate business communication, smooth transactions, and legitimate business operations.

3.4. Personal Information of Employees and Former Employees

All companies within the KINJIRUSHI Group, as specified in the Privacy Policy.
3) Purpose of Use
To facilitate labor management operations and business communications.

4. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
4.1. KINJIRUSHI may outsource personal information handling to external parties when necessary to achieve the intended purpose. In such cases, we will carefully select appropriate contractors, enter into agreements regarding the proper handling of personal information, and provide necessary and appropriate supervision.
4.2. Except as required by law or in the cases listed below, KINJIRUSHI will not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining prior consent from customers.
1) When necessary to protect the life, body, or property of the customer or a third party, and obtaining consent is difficult.
2) When disclosure of personal information is required by a legal order.
5. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties Overseas

The recipients of the information are companies within the KINJIRUSHI Group, and they handle personal information in accordance with the KINJIRUSHI Group's Privacy Policy. 6. Management and Prevention of Personal Information Leakage, Loss, and Misuse
6.1. To properly manage personal information, KINJIRUSHI implements the following organizational, technical, human, and physical security measures.
1) We designate a responsible officer for personal information management, clearly define the scope of employees handling personal information, and establish a reporting and communication structure with the responsible officer.
2) We provide regular training for employees on key considerations related to handling personal information.
3) In areas where personal information is handled, we manage employee access, restrict the equipment brought into these areas, and implement measures to prevent unauthorized personnel from viewing personal information.
4) We implement access controls to limit personal information databases and ensure only authorized personnel can access them.
5) If personal information is stored overseas, we ensure compliance with the personal information protection regulations of the relevant country and implement appropriate security management measures.
6.2. KINJIRUSHI strives to maintain personal information that is as accurate and up-to-date as possible.
7. Requests for Disclosure, Correction, etc. of Retained Personal Data
7.1. When a request is made for the disclosure, notification of usage purpose, correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, suspension of third-party provision, or disclosure of third-party provision records of retained personal data, we will confirm the identity of the individual before proceeding with the request.
7.2. If the individual does not wish to receive direct mail or phone notifications from KINJIRUSHI, we will cease handling the request accordingly.
